Generationalist Leadership looks beyond the individual leader. It aligns people, teams, roles, and systems around the bold promises an organization is making to this generation and the next seven. The result is more people able to own, decide, and lead, increasing the organization's capacity to make impact for generations.
That is what alignment makes possible.
Develop senior leaders and managers to align how they lead with what their role, team, and mission require.
Every engagement begins with the impact you're building toward, then strengthens the leaders, teams, and systems needed to make it real.
Align teams and boards around what's possible, clarify roles and decision rights, and strengthen the structures and rhythms that move priorities into action.
Navigate growth, transition, and succession while building the leadership capacity the organization needs for what comes next.
Design leadership experiences that develop leaders across an organization, network, or field.
Develop senior leaders and managers to align how they lead with what their role, team, and mission require.
TRUSTED BY MISSION-ROOTED LEADERS AND ORGANIZATIONS
Know the impact you're building toward.
Get clear on the bold promise you're making to this generation and the next seven, and the evidence that will tell you it's working.
More people can own and lead the work.
Align roles, decision rights, structures, and rhythms so people have what they need to contribute, decide, and lead together.
The work goes further.
Leadership capacity grows beyond any one person, increasing what the organization can accomplish now and what becomes possible for generations.
My learnings from 7Gen has allowed me to be more patient with my team, allow myself to navigate with unnecessary pressure, and devote more time to personal efforts and vision planning for the organization.
A year ago I felt like I had another few years left in my role, but not much beyond that. I felt like I HAD to see a few things through before leaving. After 7Gen, I now feel like I can do this long term and I want to. I found ways to make this sustainable for myself, and for my team.
I was highly satisfied with this learning experience. It's so important to make space for this work in an ongoing manner. Even though we just finished Year 1, if we want to be successful in Year 5, this work has to happen now.
